Khomeini Regime's Agent Held for Assassination in Paris,
Agence France Presse, June 10

        The National Council of Resistance of Iran, an Iranian
opposition movement, said the Iranian who was arrested in
Germany in relation to Reza Mazlouman's assassination is a
member of Iranian intelligence service.
        In an statement, NCR said that Ahmad Jayhouni, a
merchant, "has been active for several years in direct and
continued association with the mullahs' intelligence ministry
headquarters in Germany. It is in this base where the
intelligence ministry handles the mullahs' many terrorist
operations in Europe."
        According to the Council: "The regime's leaders
(especially Rafsanjani and Ali Fallahian) are extremely
alarmed at the arrest of Jayhouni who has top secret
information about the modus operandi of the regime's spying
teams and death squads, as well as on the names of the
agents of the intelligence ministry in foreign countries...


Two Iranian Stoned to Death, Three Hanged, Reuters, June 9

        Jomhuri Eslami daily said a man and a woman, who
were married to other people, were stoned to death in the
northwestern city of Orumiyeh after a court found them
guilty of adultery and murder....
        In a separate case, three main members of a criminal
gang dubbed "scorpion" were hanged in public in the
northeastern city of Mashhad on Sunday, Kayhan newspaper
said....
More Than 43 Youths, Musicians Arrested for Attending a
Party, Agence France Presse, June 10

        Kayhan newspaper reported that police arrested 43
Iranian youths and several musicians, a singer and a dancer
were arrested for participating in a party in southern city of
Shiraz.
        Kayhan added the arrests seem to be in the framework
of "combat against social vices," but did not comment on the
faith of the detainees....


Under Mullahs' Rule: Man Sets His Wife Afire to Take a
Second Wife, Iran Zamin News Agency, June 10

        The suppression of women advocated by the mullahs
has given rise to the extent of domestic violence in Iran.
        According to state-run newspapers,      a man in Tehran
set his wife afire since she objected against his decision to
take a second wife.  The women and her sister's four children,
aging from 8 to 14, died as a result of fire which extended
through the whole house...


Employees of Clergy-led Firm Held for Fraud, Reuters, June 10

        TEHRAN - Iranian police have arrested nine employees
of a firm of property developers led by a theology student for
allegedly embezzling customers' savings, a newspaper said on
Monday....
        Gholamreza Foroughi, a 23-year-old Shi'ite Islamic
theology student who was the firm's general manager, was
among those held...
        The case was a rare report of fraud involving a cleric in
Iran, where a series of embezzlements have been uncovered
at state-run banks and firms in the past year.


Desperate Mullahs: Income with Donkey Exports, Reuters,
June 10

        TEHRAN - Iran, apparently seeking to reverse a fall in
non-oil exports, has authorized the export of 30,000 donkeys.
        The daily Kayhan said on Monday the Commerce
Ministry had issued a directive allowing the export of up to
30,000 donkeys.
        Iran's Non-oil exports plunged by some 25 percent to
about $3.2 billion in the year that ended on March 19 due to
tough foreign exchange regulations adopted by the
government to protect the value of the rial currency.


Four Killed in Training Flight, Iran Zamin News Agency, June
10

        The official state-run news agency, IRNA, reported that
on Sunday an Iranian Boeing 727 crashed in which four
people were killed and three were injured.
        IRNA said that the Iran Air Boeing 727 which was in a
training mission with seven crew for unknown reason crashed
20 kms near northern city of Rasht...


International Forum Reviews the Violations of Labor Laws by
Mullahs, Iran Zamin News Agency, June 10

        The international conference on labor will put Iran in
the list of the countries whose work conditions will be under
special investigation.
        This decision, following the efforts of the Iranian
Resistance that exposed the violations of international
conventions in labor laws by the Khomeini regime....
