NCR Condemns Turkey's Cooperation With Mullahs Against Iranian Refugees, Iran Zamin News Agency, October 23 The National Council of Resistance of Iran issued a statement indicating that according to the Reuters, Ali Akbar Velayati "announced an agreement with Turkey to prevent cross-border movements of opposition groups and that simultaneous operations had already begun against opposition groups in the border area." The NCR said that it views the accord as "a prelude to more criminal actions against Iranian refugees in Turkey," and indicated that the government of Turkey is responsible for guaranteeing the safety and security of the Iranian refugees residing in that country. "In the past years, using diplomatic facilities and directly guided by the mullahs' embassy in Turkey, the Tehran regime's hit squads have assassinated or abducted and murdered after brutal torture scores of Iranian dissidents and asylum- seekers. Also, the regime's exported terrorists have killed a number of Turkish intellectuals, journalists and writers," the statement said.
