Rajavi: Final Stage Of Mullahs' Rule Has Begun, 
Iran Zamin News Agency, October 29 
 
	Mr. Massoud Rajavi, leader of the Iranian 
Resistance, today said Khomeini's heirs have stepped 
into the final stage of this religious theocracy. With 
Rafsanjani's inevitable removal from the helm of the 
executive branch, the mullahs' regime looks on to a 
major surgery [in the upcoming presidential 
elections]. 
	The mullahs' regime, engulfed in various 
economic, social and political crises, has paved a 
backward trend and this has initiated a new phase in 
the strategy of the Resistance inside Iran, Mr. Rajavi 
added. 
	Reiterating that the NCR has been fully 
established as the sole viable alternative to the 
mullahs' regime, the NCR President declared that 
the mullahs' military expedition and extensive 
intervention in the Iraqi Kurdistan indicate the 
regime's precautionary measures. As always, the 
mullahs are trying to contain the crisis on the other 
side of the Iranian borders before it explodes inside. 
Therefore, the first most necessary condition for the 
establishment of peace and stability in the region is 
to contain and prevent the mullahs' interventions and 
aggressions. 
 
 
Mullahs' Elections Illegitimate, Iran Zamin News 
Agency, October 29 
 
	Mr. Massoud Rajavi, leader of the Iranian 
Resistance, today announced that the mullahs' 
presidential election is illegitimate and said that the 
NCR "has already declared its readiness to take part 
in any elections for president or the Constitutional 
Assembly provided that they are held according to 
the principles of democracy and popular sovereignty 
(not the Velayat Faqih), and under the auspices of 
the United Nations. The Iranian Resistance is 
confident of the support of the overwhelming 
majority of the Iranian people and especially women 
for the Iranian Resistance's President-elect." 
	Mr. Rajavi added: "The mullahs' 
presidential election to designate a successor for 
Rafsanjani is totally illegitimate as were all the other 
theatrical elections of this religious, terrorist 
dictatorship." 
 
 
"Critical Dialogue With The Deaf And Dumb", Iran 
Zamin News Agency, October 29 
 
	In an article entitled "Critical Dialogue with 
the Deaf And Dumb" he German daily Allgemeine 
Zeitung called for a change in Bonn's policies toward 
Iran 
	Indicating opposition of  parliamentarians 
from some of the Europeans countries, including 
Germany, to the policy of "critical Dialog", the daily 
wrote that with the forthcoming end of the court 
procedures in the case of Mykonos Restaurant in 
Berlin, where Tehran's agents assassinated a number 
of Iranian Kurds, the political pressure inside 
Germany for ending the critical dialog with Tehran 
will mount. 
 
 
"Dealing with the Devil", Reuters, October 29 
 
	...An aide to Senator Alfonse D'Amato, who 
sponsored last year's U.S. sanctions bill against 
foreign companies investing in the two oil producing 
nations slammed European nations for not backing 
the measures. 
	"If our friends in Europe wish to deal with 
the devil then so be it. Europe can either be part of 
the problem or part of the solution," said Gregg 
Rickman, D'Amato's legislative director.... 
	Speaking at the annual Oil and Money 
conference in London, Rickman singled out France 
for "over-eager trade" and Germany for letting 
Tehran off lightly with cheap loans. 
	"Europe would rather turn a blind eye than 
lose business opportunities," he said.... 
 
 
"Death To America Bells Will Toll", Tehran State-
Run Radio, October 27 
 
	The "death to America" bells will toll in all 
of the Iranian schools on 8:00 a.m., Aban, 13 
[November 3, 1996]. In an interview with the 
reporters, head of the student committee of 
headquarters for holding the special ceremonies on 
November 3 announced the committee's planned 
programs for the national day of fighting against the 
World Arrogance [mullahs' derogatory term for 
referring to the United States]. 
	He said that all the students will participate 
in the large demonstration on November 3. Tehran 
students will march on 9:00 o'clock sharp toward the 
nest of espionage [mullahs' term for referring to the 
U.S. embassy]. 
 
 
Saudi Bombing, Radio Israel, October 29 
 
	Saudi Arabia's security officials said today 
that among those arrested in connection with the 
bombing of the American military camp in Dhahran, 
there are individuals who were in contact with 
Islamic government of Iran....
