Mr. Rajavi: Karlsruhe court warrant necessitates world community's tough action against mullahs' terrorism

Karlsruhe Federal Court of Justice issued a warrant for the arrest of Ali Fallahian, the clerical regime's Minister of Intelligence, for his direct role in the September 1992 assassination of four Iranian Kurdish dissidents in Berlin.

Mr. Massoud Rajavi, President of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, welcomed the issuance of the warrant to arrest Fallahian, adding: This verdict offers undeniable proof of the direct role of the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship in exporting terrorism and assassinating Iranian dissidents and the Resistance's activists abroad.

Mr. Rajavi stressed: Now, there is no room for any hesitation and justification for not adopting a decisive policy against the criminals ruling Iran. The time has come for such placating policies as "critical dialogue" vis-a-vis this sinister regime to be for ever rejected.

The NCR President called on the world community to adopt a binding, concrete and coordinated international initiative, including a comprehensive trade boycott, against Khomeini's medieval regime. He urged Member States of the European Union not to sacrifice unalienable human rights principles before petty economic interests any longer.
