Mr. Rajavi vehemently condemned China's sale of missiles to mullahs' regime

In a telegram this morning to the U.N. Secretary General and permanent members of the Security Council, the NCR President, Mr. Massoud Rajavi condemned sale of Cruise missiles to the Khomeini regime and demanded a halt to the sale of weapons, including missile technology, Iran's ruling mullahs.

There have been a number of reports in recent weeks raising concern about China's sale of long-range missiles and advanced weaponry to the Khomeini regime. The latest was the delivery of guided missiles to the Tehran regime.

Mr. Rajavi stipulated: The sale of such weaponry to the Khomeini regime which relies solely on internal suppression and export of terrorism and fundamentalism, is not only against the best interests of the Iranian people but also a serious threat to international security and stability.

The NCR President pointed out that the Khomeini regime has already shown that it does not have any qualms about using such weaponry against the Iranian Resistance and the states in the region. On November 6, 1994, the mullahs fired three Scud-B missiles on a National Liberation Army base camp, located 80 kms from the Iran-Iraq border.
