Abadan Uprising, Statement No. 4
- Protests by enraged residents, clashes with suppressive forces continue in Abadan for second day
- A 16-year-old shot dead this morning in clashes with State Security Forces

Residents of Abadan ignored the extensive presence of the clerical regime's suppressive forces in different regions of the city and continued their protests and demonstrations for a second day

Abadan's Bazaar and shops are completely shut down and sporadic clashes continue throughout the city. Sound of gun fire can be heard from different parts of Abadan.

In one clash that occurred at 8:00 am (local time) today in Qaleh Abolhassan region, the State Security Forces opened fire on the protesting crowd. Residents responded by charging at the SSF with stones and sticks. A 16-year-old, by the name of Mojahed Jafarian, was shot and killed and several others were wounded.

At least seven people, including a boy, 12, and a teenager, 17, were shot dead by the Revolutionary Guards in clashes yesterday.
