Rajavi Condemns Cold-blooded Murder of Darioush Forouhar

Mr. Massoud Rajavi, President of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, vehemently condemned the cold-blooded murder of Mr. Darioush Forouhar and his wife, Parvaneh, in Tehran on Sunday, November 22. The assassination bore all the hallmarks of similar terrorist crimes committed by the mullahs' regime in the past.

Mr. Rajavi said: The murder of someone like Darioush Forouhar, who was a former minister in the clerical regime and was involved in no serious activity against the regime, once again laid bare the demagogic, false claims made by (the mullahs' President Mohammad) Khatami about "the rule of lawÓ and the Òcivil society."

The Iranian Resistance urges all international bodies and human rights organizations to condemn the continuing grave violation of human rights and the ongoing acts of terrorism committed by the clerical dictatorship in Iran.
